How to play TriPeaks Solitaire

Start TriPeaks Solitaire by looking at the playing area and its controls. Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Look at what changes after your first action. Begin with the solo mode shown on the page. Choose a clear next step rather than rushing through the instructions.

Three-peak covered layout with a single-pass draw stock. Free solo play, no wagering.

Review a difficult moment

When a decision goes wrong, compare it with the common mistake described below. Start again only when you intend to leave the current round. Notice the feedback after each input.

Your goal

Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Read that aim before choosing your first action. Start with a deliberate move.

Step by step

  1. Take an exposed card one rank above or below the waste top. Ace and king connect in this edition.
  2. Click an exposed card or eligible pair to remove it.
  3. Draw when useful.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

Controls

Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. A new-round button replaces the current round.

A useful example

Waste 7 accepts exposed 6 or 8. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Keep the controls nearby.

Watch out for this

Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Compare the situation with the worked example. Take enough time to read a new position. If a game has a timer, learn its controls first rather than searching for them during the round.
